{"id":9212,"date":"2021-03-19T17:32:28","date_gmt":"2021-03-19T17:32:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sunkrish.com\/?p=9212"},"modified":"2021-03-20T05:15:35","modified_gmt":"2021-03-20T05:15:35","slug":"mca-establishes-central-scrutiny-centre-for-scrutiny-of-straight-through-processes-stp-e-forms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sunkrish.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/19\/mca-establishes-central-scrutiny-centre-for-scrutiny-of-straight-through-processes-stp-e-forms\/","title":{"rendered":"MCA establishes Central Scrutiny Centre for scrutiny of Straight Through Processes (STP) e-forms"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure id=\"attachment_3421\" class=\"thumbnail wp-caption alignleft\" style=\"width: 240px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sunkrish.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/MCA.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3421\" src=\"https:\/\/sunkrish.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/MCA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"104\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sunkrish.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/MCA.jpg 240w, https:\/\/sunkrish.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/MCA-150x65.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"caption wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong><em>Use of analytics and AI augment India\u2019s vision for #aatmanirbharta &amp; development\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Plan to come up with a machine learning driven MCA-21 Version 3.0 is in process: Budget 2021<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In the Budget 2021, it was mentioned that govt. will be establishing technology based on data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning tools in the areas of finance, taxation and online compliance monitoring among others.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, MCA has now established a Central Scrutiny Centre (CSC) for carrying out scrutiny of Straight Through Processes (STP) e-forms filed by the companies under the Company Law made thereunder.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ministry of Corporate Affairs established a Central Scrutiny Centre (CSC) for carrying out scrutiny of Straight Through Processes (STP) e-forms filed by the companies under the Act and the rules. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The notification said that the CSC shall function under the administrative control of the e-governance Cell of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CSC shall carry out scrutiny of the aforesaid forms and forward findings thereon, wherever required, to the concerned jurisdictional Registrar of Companies for further necessary action under the provisions of the Act and the rules made thereunder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe CSC shall be located at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Plot No. 6, 7, 8, Sector 5, IMT Manesar, District Gurgaon (Haryana), Pin Code- 122050,\u201d the MCA notified. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The notification shall come into force from the 23rd March, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sunkrish.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/MCA-CSC-Notification.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Read the MCA CSC Notification<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the Budget 2021, it was mentioned that govt. will be establishing technology based on data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning tools in the areas of finance, taxation and online compliance monitoring among others.
