{"id":9552,"date":"2021-10-29T17:44:45","date_gmt":"2021-10-29T17:44:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sunkrish.com\/?p=9552"},"modified":"2021-11-05T17:46:20","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T17:46:20","slug":"mca-relaxes-additional-fees-in-filing-of-annual-financial-statement-under-the-companies-act-20l3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sunkrish.com\/index.php\/2021\/10\/29\/mca-relaxes-additional-fees-in-filing-of-annual-financial-statement-under-the-companies-act-20l3\/","title":{"rendered":"MCA relaxes additional fees in filing of Annual Financial Statement under the Companies Act, 20l3"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3422\" class=\"thumbnail wp-caption alignleft\" style=\"width: 243px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sunkrish.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/MCA-21.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3422 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/sunkrish.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/MCA-21.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"243\" height=\"144\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sunkrish.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/MCA-21.jpg 243w, https:\/\/sunkrish.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/MCA-21-150x89.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 243px) 100vw, 243px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"caption wp-caption-text\"><em>Extension of last date to file e-forms AOC-4, AOC-4 CFS, AOC-4 XBRL, AOC-4 Non-XBRL and MGT-7\/7A for the FY 2020-21 to 31.12.2021<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\nOn October 29, 2021, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has announced the relaxation in levy of additional fees in filing of e-forms AOC-4, AOC-4 (CFS), AOC-4, AOC-4 XBRL AOC-4 Non-XBRL and MGT-7 \/ MGT-7A for the financial year ended on March 31, 2021 under the Companies Act, 2013.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>It has been decided no additional fees shall be levied upto 31<sup>st<\/sup> December 2021 for the filing of e-forms\u00a0 in respect of the financial year ended on 31.03.2021.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>During the said period, only normal fees shall be payable for the filing of the aforementioned e-forms.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pullquote pullquote-center\">Keeping in view of various requests received from stakeholders regarding relaxation on levy of additional fees for annual financial statement filings required to be done for the financial year ended on 31.03.2021, it has been decided that no additional fees shall be levied upto <strong>31.12.2021 <\/strong>for the filing of e-forms <em>AOC-4, <\/em>AOC-4 (CFS), <em>AOC-4 <\/em>XBRL, <em>AOC-4 <\/em>Non-XBRL and MGT-7\/MGT-7A in respect of the financial year ended on 31.03.2021.
